This site only uses data that is explicitly licensed for commercial use. Taiwan data comes entirely from the OpenAPIs that the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and the Taipei Exchange (TPEx) release under Taiwan's Open Government Data License; US financials come entirely from public-domain data published by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The site scrapes no web pages and uses no real-time quotes.

Licence and attribution for Taiwan data
These datasets are released under the Open Government Data License, version 1.0, which permits any use including commercial use, provided the source is attributed as the licence specifies. The attribution required by the licence (kept in Chinese, the language of the official dataset names) is shown on the Chinese version of this page, the Taiwan page's footer credits both providers, and both link to the licence at https://data.gov.tw/license.
The site only reformats the original data and applies arithmetic to it. Neither data provider has reviewed or endorses this site; the calculations and explanations here are this site's own responsibility.
Data this site accumulates itself
- 5-year valuation ranges: the OpenAPI only provides today's P/E, with no history. Since October 2026 this site saves a weekly snapshot of the P/E, P/B and yield from the OpenAPI above, and only uses it for ranges once 26 weeks have accumulated.
- Prior-year EPS (used by PEG): accumulated quarter by quarter from the same income-statement OpenAPI; available once a full year is on hand.

The SEC is a US federal agency, and under 17 U.S.C. §105 its works are in the public domain and may be used freely, including commercially. This site follows the SEC's fair access policy: no more than 10 requests per second, with a declared identity in each request.
The US page provides no prices. There is no free source of US quotes that may be used commercially, so you enter the price yourself; it stays in your browser.
Sources not used
The terms of the following sources do not allow this site's use, so they are not used, and everything previously obtained from them has been deleted.
- The TWSE and TPEx websites and query pages (including historical P/E look-ups and real-time quotes): their terms prohibit automated retrieval except for data released to the government open-data platform — hence OpenAPI only.
- The Market Observation Post System (MOPS) website: part of the TWSE site and under the same terms. The financials this site needs come from the OpenAPIs above instead.
- Quotes, market caps and sector data from Nasdaq.com: licensed for personal, non-commercial use only, with automated capture prohibited.
- ETF NAV and holdings data: no source licensed for commercial use, so the ETF page has been withdrawn.
